AP Biology Studying, HELP!

Hey, I am currently taking a AP Bio class in our school. I try to read Campbell Biology 8th Edition, but I always get bored down and even though with full concentration, I cannot remember most details.
So I bout Cliffs AP Biology, Barron's, Princeton Review's, 5 Steps to a 5's, REA's, Pearson's Preparing AP Biology (Holtzclaw), College Board AP Bio Lab Manual, Sparknotes AP Bio chart, and Cliffs & Barron's Flash Cards sets.

Do you think it is a safe idea to ignore Campbell Biology and just studying these prep books and other kits mentioned above?
Is it possible to have A on the scool grade and 5 on the exam just studying these prep books and other kits, ignoring Campbell?
If I have to read Campbell Biology, what is the best way to read it?

Test prep books will help understand most of the concepts on the AP test. However, your teacher may go in more depth than the prep books, so for class, it’s probably a good idea to read the book.

Probably the easiest way to read Campbells is to understand the pictures. The pictures clarify many concepts. And instead of reading make sure you take notes. Break your readings into small sections, maybe 10 pages at a time, so you don’t get bogged down.

If you are truly trying to study and can’t, then I’m guessing you dont like Bio. If you don’t like Bio, then you will have a hard time studying FOR SURE. Try making it more fun! Good luck!
