Im going into senior year and I need to choose between AP Calc, AP Statistics, or Regular Statistics. I don't about math, I kinda like it. IN Algebra 2 I got two B's. In Pre Cal I got a 79% and that was rounded to a B. Second term I kinda fell off with a C. My teacher recommended me to take AP Calculus only because I barely got a B the first term. At the same time I want to not underestimate my potential in Calc but also I don't wanna be in over my head. In my senior schedule I also have AP Psychology and Advanced CAD (I don't know about CAD either) (I heard Advanced CAD is honorsish for a computer class but u still get regular credit at my school) (Also torn if I should replace CAD with an easy elective class too). I have been thinking about this so long that I missed the deadline to get my AP/Honors textbooks for summer work 2 days ago. Worst of all I still don't know what I want to do in life. Im taking aptitude tests but haven't found the right career.
What classes should I take?

If you pulled a 79 in pre calc and were better in Alg. 2 take AP Statiatics!

Why should I take AP stats?

Stats will be a lot easier. Taking it AP will look good. If you want an A in AP Calc you could do it but it seemed you had a tough time in pre calc

I say take AP Statistics as well. If you struggled in Pre-Calc, AP Calc will certainly not be a walk in the park and you’re going to need a lot of those concepts to be successful in Calculus. However, AP Statistics would look good to colleges while not proving to be nearly as difficult as calculus.

Honestly I did bad the second term cuz I was slacking a little and there were alot of 10 point quizzes. I got a 83.33% on the final although

Oh wait I got a 77% and my worst grade of the year was 50/95 on a chapter test. ouch
But wut about career wise regarding stats and calc?

An A in AP Calc will look better than an A in AP Stats, but of course taking AP Calc will mean a lot of preparation over the summer. You would have to either get a precalc textbook and read through the entire thing, understanding everything, or you would have to find resources online.
