I am a sophomore at a boarding school and I have to decide the courses to take next year.
For math, I can take Ap calculus Ab or AP Calculus BC. But I am not very good at math even though I have taken honor Algebra II and Honor Precalculus. And I am thinking about taking AP calculus AB instead of BC. But I am afraid that my admission will get hurt if I do not take the most rigorous math class. So my qustion is "

well if math isn’t your strongest subject, i would take AB. People say BC is really hard, and you would most likely do better in AB. The fact that you took Calculus in high school is good already, plus my sister took AB and did really good, got into 2 ivy leagues… so if your wondering about what colleges would think, you should be fine:) it’s completely up to you though, good luck

Are you planning on applying to Stern? Otherwise, I doubt you’re admission would be compromised by taking AP Calc BC. I took only got up to a standard Pre-calc class in my senior year, and I was admitted regular decision.
