Hello. I am in an AP Calculus class and I want a book that kind of goes over and explains the concepts for the AP Exam. I would like to read this (alongside the class) just to make sure I know everything if we don't get through the entire book. Any suggestions? As mentioned it would be nice if it explained things almost like a self study as opposed to only practice tests.

I would recommend the following books:
1. Peterson's AP Calculus
2. Princeton Reveiw AP Calculus
3. Barron's AP Calculus

Peterson's and PR's AP Calculus are awesome prep books. These are my first and second choice. And use Barron's for more practice. Good luck.
