hey I am trying to self-study ap chem. any advice of how i should proceed as I am not a good chem student. I have this book. http://images.amazon.com/images/P/0005519152.01-A2DIRKU079H2QT._SCMZZZZZZZ_.jpg
has anyone tried this? and how is it for beginners? im willing to put as much time as i can so time is not a problem. In the end, I just want to learn the chemistry.Any advice, tips, etc would be greatly appreciated.

Well first of all get a new AP Chem book. Zumdahl, Lemay and Brown, or Chang. These are the standards in AP Chem. If you only have that book available I strongly suggest supplementing your readings with the Barron's book and this website http://www.sciencegeek.net/APchemistry/index.shtml.
Also CC is extremely helpful with problem set, etc. Good luck, AP Chem is not for the weak of heart.

umm How do you start a thread???
i need help on how to use this site.
