omg, wow, a 4?

seriously?

omg, wow, a 4?

seriously?

Your AP scores are only a small portion of your admissions. Do you really think that everyone who gets into Harvard have all 5s on their APs? No way! One 4 on a test won’t throw them off and make them reject you. They look for these things:

So as you can see, AP scores are NOT the most important thing. They are actually a small part of your whole ‘academic’ package. In fact, the grades that you get in your classes are more important than AP scores. Not that you shouldn’t care about your grades, but PLEASE stop freaking out over a 4.

Also, whoever said that Harvard, Princeton, Yale don’t take credits is wrong. They DO take credits. I’ve seen the charts myself. There are only a couple classes that they don’t take the credits for, and the test that you took is not one of them. And there’s no secret formula. As I said, admission is a combination of things. Just because you got a 4 doesn’t mean you can kiss the ivys goodbye.

i just want to ask, is your chem SAT II score a good “reflection” of your AP score?

yo dumbass
get a 5 in chem next time
god!

arnoc is bs, there are way more people who have “negative numbers” who’ve been accepted than positive… and you’d think the subjects would weigh in somehow. ignore him… please, and you’re going to be fine. one 4 is not a big deal, ok?

You really should be worrying about the SAT in chemistry rather than the AP. The admissions officers won’t care that much on the AP, but a low SAT II is very bad. The only reason you should be sad about the AP is b/c you might have to retake chemistry in college.

dude stop trying to show off by posting your calculus BC score…
I dont know if you got the memo but you need to chill out!
Heck, you might be one of the first people to get a heartattack as a teen
You’ll be fine dude…

Nobody is guaranteed an in at HYPSM. Don’t freak out about it. I’m actually a little upset that don’t count for hardly a thing in college admissions. Besides, since ap exams are largely studiable and don’t exactly reflect reasoning like the SAT does, the worst they’ll think is that you’re a lazy.
