AP Chem!

I'm taking 9 AP tests this year, expect to do well on 8 of them, except for Chemistry! I was a pretty awesome Chem Honors student, but our AP teacher is just not good (we just finished equilibrium) and I'm not the kind of math/science kid that can self-study for this test and do well.

Right now, I'm aiming for a 3. I just took the official Practice Test given to teachers by the College Board, and this is what I got:

Right - 41/75
Wrong - 24/75
Skipped - 10/75

Does anybody know where this puts me? I've tried looking up curves, but I don't know what's accurate. I also unfortunately know that my performance on FRQ is going to be even weaker than on MC.

That’s around a 4. So congrats! That’s about where I am too. Just need to focus on not making smaller mistakes. Good luck!

60% yields a 4 on most AP tests. That’s what I’ve been told.

But dude… NINE ap tests?

60% gets you a 4 (or even 5) in the Chemistry and both Calculus exams.

oh god lol

41 - .25(24) = 35 (out of 75). That is a 3.

I’m taking ten this year, so I know how you feel. =p I also took a practice test and got 35.25 as my raw score, so basically the same as yours. But then again I haven’t done acid-base equilibria, electro, or organic chemistry yet.
