Will someone rank the AP classes, most difficult being number one and going down in difficulty. Anyone can throw in their opinioins and rankings. I was just wondering ya know.

There was already a thread posted on this. With a very similar subject line too. Try searching for it.

IMO IMO IMO
Hardest: AP Physics C
One of the easiest: AP Calculus
Easiest: AP Phsycology

How is AP calculus one of the easiest?

Calc is pretty freakin easy at our school too, precalc is supposedly the hard one :-/, maybe the teachers at our school do a good job in precalc to prep for calc ^^.

I've heard AP Euro is supposed to be the hardest school in our building, but now that I'm in it, it feels pretty easy :-/. Btw, AP Psych is def. the easiest class on the face of the earth.

My school AP Bio and AP Physics are by far the hardest, just because of the insane workload they give us (I'd say Average for AP Bio was 2.5hours/day of HW, Average for AP Physics was 2 hours/day)

Medium APs I'd say AP Calc AB//BC, AP Art history, AP Euro, AP US

Easiest AP Stat by farrrrr, AP English is also pretty easy

(I'm only judging ones I've taken)

Yeah, I've heard that AP Bio is pretty hard too. I'm taking it at the moment, the work load is comparable to that of AP euro IMO :-/. I feel there is quite a bit more emphasis on memorization though, oddly.

hardest: physics, chem, ECONOMICS!!
high medium: calculus, english literature, latin
low medium: us history, biology
easiest: us government, statistics, english language

in my school, there are more APS but ive taken nearly all of those.

Rankings really are useless. How can you compare literature versus physics? I would just go to their respective websites and evaluate them individually. I, a strong math/science student with Asperger's SYndrome, would find AP Physics C to be MUCH EASIER than AP French Literature, for example.

no dis is how it really goes
Hardest:Chem, Physics, Government and EConomics, Latin, for ssure, and Bio..definitely..tons of things to memorize the questions are far more difficult than honors bio.
medium-Us History, Euro, Calculus, Studio Art..i duno my friend told me this
easiest-stats, art history, computer science, english,

Hardest: AP USH
Medium easy: AP Chem, Economics
Easiest: AP Calc BC

From what I've taken/taking

Hardest:
1. AP Comp Sci AB (from what I heard)
AP Bio (just workload)
Medium:
Ap Physics C (not bad), AP Calc BC (ok), AP English

EASY

AP Stats (easiest crap ever, took it as a sophomore rape!)
AP American (easy)
AP Euro (easy)

Hardest - world history sucked
Medium- US History, Physics C
Easy - Calc BC, Stats, Chem

ap physics C was by far the easiest AP i've taken. I had to actually do some work, but it was an easy 5.

for me,
1. AP Bio is hardest
2. AP Lit is easiest.

ap physics has this stigma surrounding it at my school for having the highest fail rate in the school, but that's only because the teacher doesn't spoon-feed the material to you. in reality it's not that bad, probably the most useful AP I've encountered

I'm a sophomore so I haven't taken any yet but I'm starting AP Psychology right now because our school operates on 9 week grading periods.

I talked to a senior friend of mine who said this.

Hardest: AP Chemistry, AP Biology
Medium: AP Physics, AP Economics
Easiest: AP Psychology, AP US History

AP Chem is EASY, don't let them fool you!

At my school AP calc is the hardest and easiest. Mainly because it is the only one we offer.

Oh - we're talking the classes themselves as opposed to the >tests<...

Hardest: AP US History definitely -- I also hear AP Physics is torture
Easiest: AP Language and Comp.

AP Calc (both AB and BC), Bio, Chem - are easy if you "get it", otherwise it's hard.
