Okay, I'm just curious. Which AP's did you think were the easiest and hardest in high school?
I'm only a junior, but I say that so far, my rankings go like this (easiest to hardest)

Statistics (Self-studying)
Calc AB (Math was always easy to me)
English Language/Composition
US History (only because of all the memorization and studying necessary)
Biology (mainly because my teacher is absolutely brutal, yet amazing)

Easiest: AP English Language. You don’t even have to study.
Hardest: AP Chemistry. AP Bio and AP Physics are pretty awful as well. (note: I’m not biased against science or anything, and those three classes have been my favorite in all of high school, and I’m really good at science, but those classes are HARD! I can’t imagine taking them if I didn’t like/wasn’t good at science)

I’ve been in/am in four: Lang and Comp, Psych, Spanish, and Stats.
Stats is really easy, Lang and Comp was pretty easy, Psych is easy but there’s a lot of work in my class (like, a LOT of work), and AP Spanish is…“Almost Possible” Spanish haha it’s so hard

Hardest - AP Physics b and c, AP World History, AP Calculus BC, AP Chemistry, AP Latin, AP Japanese
Average - AP English, AP English Lit., AP US, AP Economics, AP Government, AP Biology, AP Statistics, AP Euro History, AP Comp. Science A
Easy - AP Psychology, AP Environmental, AP Human Geography

AP English Lit – joke of a class and, even though I hate English with a passion, I got a 5

AP Spanish Lang – not a native speaker, but I find Spanish really easy… presentational writing is a pain (why would I ever have to write about the effect of bicycles on the world?) but the rest is cake

AP Calculus AB – it moves fast, and our teacher does 0 teaching, but I’ve gotten 100% on most of the tests so far; also, the concepts are pretty straightforward–the algebra is the killer here!

AP US History – I loved my teacher, so the class was fun for me. The exam took some studying, but I got a 5

AP Biology – It’s a tough class but, if you’re good at memorization, it becomes a cakewalk as there’s a surprisingly small amount of synthesis and analysis (if you can’t memorize and regurgitate facts, though, you’re in trouble!)

Can’t even rank AP English Lang because it’s such a joke at our school. We got a new teacher this year, and she doesn’t know what’s going on, but the subject matter is crazy simple…

This is just from my personal experience, but I got easy As in all of these classes, and A+s in Calc, Spanish, and Bio without much effort… I think that AP classes “click” for certain kids–ones with good memorization skills, probably–so the difficulty is pretty darn subjective.

Easiest: AP Lang. That class was a joke but I still got a 5 on the test.
Hardest: AP Chem. Some topics were easy but there were a few that were incredibly difficult. The test was so awful that I cried my eyes out after it ended.

Easiest to Hardest:
Computer Science A - 5 - My first AP test, and I said that if they were all like this, then all the tests are a joke. People got pretty angry with me…
Statistics - 5 - I had over 45 minutes to draw all over the free response test, and slept for most of the time alloted for the multiple choice portion.
Chemistry - 5 - This was also super easy for me.
US History - 5 - It’s just memorization and knowing you’re history. yawn
Physics B - 5 - I took this last year, and the test was a lot harder compared to previous years’ tests.
English Language - 4 - English is not my cup of tea, so this was pretty hard for me.

My previous post was for the exams. Here is for the classes:

Easiest to Hardest:
English Language - All we did was talk with an essay once every month or so.
Physics B - My friends and I played Pokemon and Risk everyday. One day we even decided to watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
US History - Lots of essay practice. The teacher was hilarious, though.
Chemistry - quite a bit of homework
Statistics - mainly because the way my teacher graded was wack
Computer Science A - same as above

AP Environmental Science - This is barely a class. I slept every single day in it, never studied for any test (let alone the AP test) and got an easy 4
AP Psychology - I’m currently taking this and it’s a breeze. My teacher is fantastic so I feel like I’m guaranteed a 5
AP English Lang - I’m a natural writer, so I found this to be a cakewalk. Easiest 5 I received.
AP English Lit - Different kind of writing (fiction) so it’s a bit new to me. Still interesting.
AP US Gov - Requires a lot of reading on some basic concepts. MC tests can be difficult at times.
AP Microeconomics - I don’t find it particularly interesting, so I seldom study. I do very well considering the amount of work I put in. Should be an easy 5.
AP Art History - My school doesn’t offer this so I self-studied with a few girls in my class. Most rewarding 5 I received.
AP US History - VERY hard class with VERY tests, but my teacher was a tank. Got a 5 as well.
AP Euro - Was my first AP so I didn’t know what to expect. My teacher helped make the MC to be a breeze but we didn’t do a lot of writing. Disappointing 4.
AP Physics B - Hard material and a hard AP test. Simple as that.
AP Calc AB - I’m not particularly math inclined, so I find it very difficult. My teacher has an awesome track record for 5s, but I’m super nervous.
-AP Biology - My teacher is an idiot and doesn’t teach us whatsoever. I essentially self study this, which sucks because it’s not easy material. Will be shocked if I pass.
