I’m a freshman and I’m taking AP World and APHuG. Give your experiences and good review books for these classes. I enjoy history so these classes should be pretty easy but I want a 5 on the exam. I’ve heard good things about Barron’s and Kaplan’s books. Which one is better? And I have no idea about APHuG so just give your advice on these classes!

Get the Princeton Review for WHAP. I only scored a 4, but I know I was borderline 4/5. Read that a few times before the exam by taking notes and or highlighting important information, and you’ll get a 5 for sure. Make sure to keep up with notes in the class. Even if the teacher does not require notes from the textbook, you should at least read it carefully. The textbook is vital for actually learning the material. WHAP was my first AP class last year when I was a freshman. It’s a great course, especially for one who has not taken AP classes yet. Good luck!
