i got a 5 on ap bio and a 5 on ap calc a/b…can i get credit for either of these so i dont have to take the course? or is it required by medical schools to actually take the course…btw im not a science major…any replies would be really helpful…thanks!

I think AP credit counts as taking the class. My sis's friend went to Brandeis and graduated in three years and went on to Tufts medical school (she used AP credit)

Brandeis will give you credit for calculus, but a few medical schools might require you to take math class(es) at an actual college. As for bio, you're kinda screwed. Brandeis doesn't have "general bio," so your AP basically does you no good. Brandeis' equivalent of general bio, cell bio & genetics, is way way harder than AP and is probably similar in difficulty and content to upper-level bio electives at other schools.
