AP Credit not yet posted?

I havent gotten my AP Credit posted on Axess yet. Have you guys?

I haven't but I've found a way to see how much credit you got. Log into axess and then click on the academics tab. There you'l' find a link called View Undergrad Degree Progress click on it then click retrieve report info. There you will find the amount of credits you've completed towards your undergraduate degrees (ie ho much you got from your APs-for now of course)

I dont have any of my APs listed there either. Do I need to do something or is this ordinary?

in the report did you read something like:
UNITS COMPLETED TOWARD UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE: 14.00
or something like that?

PS: I am missing some credits because college board sent two reports because the first one was missing some courses. Stanford will probably fix this though.

are you sure the collegeboard sent your scores? even if they did, stanford might have misplaced them and you would need to get college board to send them again, or you can fax your copy, i think

My AP Credit is posted on axess. If yours isn't then collegeboard probably didn't send your scores to Stanford. You can either ask collegeboard to resend them, or fax over your AP score report yourself.

you can log onto axess, go to academics, and then i think there's a tab called "transfer and test credit" .. it'll be in there. question though-- i only got credit for Calculus BC, but aren't we supposed to get credit for the AB subscore too?

My AP Credit hasn't been posted either...I actually had the same problem with collegeboard as superwizard, they messed up my name and so they eventually sent two reports, one that was missing some tests and another, complete one. However, I actually e-mailed the lady at Stanford about it and she said to contact her again in early September if the credit didn't show up. I think I might wait a bit longer to see what happens. Still hoping it'll work itself out...

In the end it probably doesn't matter if it doesn't ever get to Stanford. If you plan to be there for four years it's not hard to take 180 units (that's just 15/quarter which is managable) and you can just take whatever classes you want by signing up on Axess, with or without the official AP credit. I guess it does matter for language if you don't plan to take language at Stanford. Otherwise it shouldn't make much of a difference. (In other words, don't worry about it!)

Yeah I checked my transfer and test credit and sure enough stanford was missing the ones that college board sent late. I'm going to call them in a few hours and straighten things up. No worries though, the only credit that was missing for me was that for Physics B and I have to start physics all over again anyways (still 8 credits will come in handy)

I think 10 units for BC is the most you can get - it covers the AB credit.

yea thatd be ridiculous(ly amazng) if we got credit for AB, AB subscore, and BC...

hahaha I was going to call Stanford but then I remembered its Sunday! Hard to keep track when you're on vacation.
