Does anyone know what scores you need on AP English Literature/Language to place out of the Freshman Seminar Writing course for CAS? Thanks.

4,5 but only 1 semester u need both lang/lit to not to take fresh seminar

Okay thanks! Would you advise skipping the freshman seminar?

i was thinking about that also. i'm cornell 2010 ed.

Actually, you need a 5 in CAS. If it's less than a 5 you get nothing.

A 5 on Language or Literature will get you out of 1 freshman writing seminar. You'll still have to take the other one. Take the first and then decide if you want to skip the second.

Sparticus is correct. Check:
