I'm debating whether or not to take the AP English Literature (senior year) exam this thursday because I can't clarify what Cornell's policy on transferring credits is. From what I've read, it seems they will accept a 5 on one English AP exam, which lets you pass out of one freshman writing seminar. Is this the case? If so, does taking a second AP English test do me any good if I got a 5 on the first?

If anyone is clear on Cornell's policy, please help. And soon- the test is in two days!

I got a 4 on AP language, which doesnt help me for the writing seminars, but I can use it towards one of your 6 liberal arts requirements in the College of Engineering apparently. If you have a 5 and 4, would that allow you to skip a writing seminar and a liberal arts requirement?

Because the liberal arts requirement is 6 credits and I have 5's in Psych and US History and probably also in Gov and English, does this mean that I can only transfer two of these courses or can I transfer them all?
