AP Enviro or AP Chem?

Hi CC!
So I just got my senior year schedule, and though I signed up for AP Environmental Science, I was put in AP Chemistry. The AP Enviro class is already full so I don't think I can transfer in. I'd be okay with staying in AP Chem, but the problem is, there was a placement test and summer homework that the teacher gave before the summer began. I didn't do either because, well, I didn't know I'd be in those classes. My knowledge of chemistry is also very limited because I had a mediocre Honors Chem teacher (though I'm studying for the Chemistry Subject Test now).

My options right now are to:
-Stay in AP Chem until a space in AP Enviro opens up, if it does.
-Stay in AP Chem and forget about Enviro (maybe I'll get a better score in the November Subject Test?)
-Enroll in Computer Science (it's a vocational major - not an AP, but an honors science course nonetheless)

What should I do?

Id stay in AP chem. Contact the teacher about the summer assignment, most will being understanding about the situation.

I’d stay in AP Chem, unless you absolutely hate chemistry (which I’m going to assume you don’t, because you’re taking the SAT II). AP will definitely help with the SAT, although I’m not sure if you’ll have covered a substantial amount of material by November.

What colleges are you applying to?
What general area would you like to major in?
