AP enviromental for senior year science?

UVA is one of my top choices, but I'm not sure if taking Ap enviromental will hurt my chances. Science is my worst subject, and in college I plan on doing pre-law. In 8th grade I took Biology Honors, 9th grade Honors Earth Science, 10th grade Ap bio, and this year Ap Physics B. The rest of my course schedule for senior year looks like
AP Economics
AP Government
AP Stat
AP Literature
College Business Law
Spanish 5
French 1
I have not taken any type of chemistry, but if I did it would cause a schedule conflict. My options are Regular Chem, Advanced Chem which is like through Syracuse university, and Ap chem. Will taking AP enviromental instead of say advanced chem hurt me?

APES is fine! You two other AP classes that are very strong. They don’t say they have a preference over one or another. Taking APES over advanced chem will NOT hurt you. You have a strong schedule. Are you instate of OOS? If you’re OOS, you should try to take the absolute HARDEST schedule.

;-( OOS

It is harder OOS, however, you should still take APES. Maybe if you are applying to engineering or nursing, they may want to see chem. You still have a very strong schedule! You should go over to Dean J’s blog and a couple of her last post are about scheduling!

Lolwut? You’d actually consider APES over AP Chem, when never having any sort of chemistry yet?

I am taking APES this year and I was accepted to UVA for engineering. Don’t worry about it too much!
