AP Environment Science

Has anyone taken environmental science?

whoa. i think we're late for school but crap.

i'm going to take to my sci teacher and ask if i can fall into a ap env. class and play catchup to it. not sure if she'll let me. but hopefully it'll be fine.

it can't be thaaat hard...

bummmmmmmppp

I did absolutely NO prep last year and just took the test with a strong science background and I got a 3. It wasn't too bad. The FRQ's are especially easy.

Well it's like this: Okay, children, this is EARTH (shows the globe). Take care of it, don't hurt it. What a dumb science lol. Not even a science for that matter. Take physics.

what is a FRQ? you mentioned it in AP Envi.

and is absolutely no prep, as in not even have the class?

I pretty sure FRQ stands for Free Response Questions, and I am going to take AP Physics next year after I've finished AP Chemistry and AP Environmental. And vladimir2004 your right, it has to be the most useless class I have ever had.

deltaG's right.

Jeff Shek- yeah, no prep as in at the final date i could, i tell my counselor, "order ap enviro sci." he said, "why, we dont have a class, youll fail" and i said, "just order it" and then i forgot all about it until he reminded me a week before. i went in the room and took some really good guesses and wrote some really good things on the FRQ's

Thanks adidasty for your comment for your response, but is there anyone else out there that I may get a second opinion from. Not that I don't trust adidasty's opinion, but I am the average-above-average guy and am not sure if I am quite up to bar with adidasty's superior intellect.

I am also thinking about self-studying APES... I did the 17 MC questions in the course description and got 13/17 right. I am wondering, though, if this test is so easy why people do so poorly on it compared to other exams. The mean score is only 2.6, with a mere 8.8% making 5s.
