AP Euro History

I'm trying to get AP Euro History offered at my school. I know difficult differs from school to school, but how hard was the class at your school? How about the test? I have over 100 % in AP World History, and I LOVE history. How do the two classes compare? Is there a lot of overlap? Thanks!

I am in AP Euro. The content is really easy. Class is easy. The tests are just super hard so we all have B’s.

Thanks! Anyone else?

I was wondering the exact same thing because I want to take it next year but I’ve heard at our school that the teachers drown you in work and that makes the class pretty hard. Weird because I’ve heard this from some of the really smart kids in my Spanish class…

At my school, AP Euro is hell. Students ask each other if they plan on taking it senior year and then burst out laughing. In total, somewhere between 20-40 seniors take it each year out of a class of 500-600. But that could just be because of our teacher (who is, admittedly, pretty cool) rather than the class itself. They all say the AP test isn’t that bad, but AP Euro is a lot of minute memorization from what I’ve heard-- names, dates, movements, exports, etc. Haven’t taken it myself though.

lots of memorization of people with names and wars.
