Are ther any incentives to wait for the 2009 Versions (PR) or are they similar to 2008's? I plan on getting a few early so I don't end up rushing to get them when AP testing comes around. Thanks.

They're exactly the same with the exception of a few corrections here and there.

cool, thank you for the quick response.

It makes no difference. If you want to save money, go to half-price bookshop and get the '06 or '07 version, but make sure no one circled all the answers on the practice questions first.

Yeah, PR reuses the same exact stuff each year; I know for Subject Tests, the 2000 version was the same as the 2008 version - literally nothing changed. It seems to me that after the initial "research" done on these tests, the review companies can reuse the same book and make loads of money.

I would be careful though of exams that recently changed their format. For example, the AP Chem test is slightly different in the style of free-response questions, and only the one for this year had the updated practice tests. However, even then the review material itself is the same, and the AP Practice tests reused the same questions but changed them up for most sections. Only one section was completely modified.

In general though, the old stuff is as good as the new.
