AP Grade Sheets

I was wondering if you guys hold on to the AP grade preports sent in July after you take the test. I have not in the past and I'm afraid that might have been to stupid move. When a friend of mine had received his ap report this past summer he had a 2 in java when he was expecting a 5. so he called the center and in their computer he did in fact have a 5 and there had been a mistake for another test. What if the collegeboard makes a mistake when typing the grade in the computer but the right grade comes on the report. If one throws away that report, come senior year when they sent all your grades to colleges you cannot say that the grade in the computer is wrong because it's your word against them and you do not even have a report to back you up. I mean who in hear has called the ap center and seen if their grades ont he report matcht the ones in the computer? them bastards better not have made any mistakes with my grades. god i'm starting to get paranoid.

I've kept all my old AP score reports filed away, just for reference if I never need them, but I've never heard to the CB misreporting AP scores. If you want to make sure what your scores are, go talk to your counselor or registrar at school - the CB sends them a copy of your score report and many schools include that information on transcripts.

oh yeah i forgot that my school has a copy of my report sheet. ok i'm now much more tranquil.
