I wanted to self-study both of them but i've realized i won't have time to finish both books. I havn't even started one yet, i've also read that they can be finished in a weekend, this seems impossible for a slow reader like me..
What should i do?

im also self studying ap psych, and haven't really started. i've read a couple chapters but that's about it. so far it's pretty simple and all about memorization, so i think you can definitely pull it off. just buy the barrons review book ( i got 5 steps to a 5 too, but i like barrons A LOT better) and use appsychology.com

i have no experience w/ ap human geo, so can't help u there. but u can def. handle ap psych.

this is a great supplement to the review book

i'm doing ap geo as well, I'm using both the ethel wood guide (good for general concepts) and barron's, which really helps to fill in the holes

you can easily finish these in a weekend, it isn't too much reading, but it seems like knowing examples for each thing (like nations, nation-states, elongated state, etc.) are important

ill try to do both and mainly focus on pysch cuz more schools offer credit for it.

Which one is easier though???

Wow. AP Human Geography was an incredibly boring class for me and I couldn't even imagine self-studying it. AP Psychology is a pretty easy class- it's interesting too so I'd reccommend it for self-study. I think you could get a 5 w/o taking a class.

I'm self-studying for geo right now after self-studying for world last year. Personally, I would say to go with the book which you have already started. That way you will be able to cement all of your knowledge long before the test. The most important thing will be to commit to the exam which you are going to study for. Don't go back and forth or second guess yourself. Also, if you are planning on studying for geo, make sure that there is a school near you which offers the exam. Most of the schools in my area don't, but, luckily for me, the second closest school to my house is one of the few which does. Psych is more common and is probably offered in every school. Honestly, just go with the subject which is more interesting and you'll do fine.
