<p>I came across this the other day. I didn’t even know that there were any prep books either.</p>

<p>Music in Theory and Practice by Benward and Saker</p>

<p>I studied off this book, and with some good, previous, musical knowledge, I got 5’s on all the parts.</p>

<p>I’m using the Benward book right now. It seems good and my teacher seems confident using it. For non-music people, this class is really hard.</p>
