Hi!
This year I want to self study the mechanics part of physics C, but I was wondering whether it is a full or mid year course. Does it have as much content as AP Biology or Chemistry, for example?
And what textbook/review book is recommend? I guess I’ll have to use a textbook.
Knight, Physics for Scientists and Engineers.
I’d say it’s a mid-year course, especially with college teaching it in one semester. If you study chapters 1-14, that’s the equivalent of Physics C. As far as Calculus for the course, I think it’s easy to apply the Calculus to the concepts learned in the course.
What chapters would be just mechanics?
