AP Physics on Common App

<p>Hey all</p>

<p>Ever since collegeboard split AP Physics into AP Physics 1 and AP Physics 2, my high school has only had AP Physics 1. However, the AP Physics 1 teachers teach the curriculum for both Physics 1 and 2 in the Physics 1 class in the same year, and we will take both the AP tests for Physics 1 and 2. But on our transcript the class only shows as AP Physics 1. Is it worth mentioning this to colleges in the "Additional Information" section on Common App?</p>

<p>I would. I mean, you are doing more than what they think, so why not? that is what that section seems there for- to clarify and stuff </p>

<p>If you took both tests and list the scores on your Common App they should get the idea. </p>

<p>@saif235 i’m taking this class senior year, so i’ll have already submitted by applications before I take the test. I did list both tests on common app as planned tests to take though</p>
