AP Problem!

With only four months left til the AP tests, would it be possible to independent study Human Geo, Stats, and Psychology now and pull out 5s. I've looked them over briefly and they don't seem too bad. The problem is I'm also taking AP Lang. and Comp, Physics B, World History, Government, and Calc BC (still in between BC and AB though). I have to study for those but I really want to take the three I'm teaching myself. I have great study habits but I procrastinate too much. Does it seem possible? If it comes down to it, should I cut out one of the 3 I'm teaching myself or should I cut out one of the 5 I'm learning in school?

Maybe one or two of those, but I highly doubt that three fives are going to happen. Really you don’t need to take 8 AP exams, many colleges won’t even accept that many AP scores when it comes time to use them for college credits.

We of course cannot know how much you personally can handle, but that is a lot. You should probably cut out one or two of the ones you are teaching yourself, but it is your choice. =)

Good luck! Remember, do not kill yourself with work; colleges want to see people who challenged themselves, not people who exhausted themselves. ;-)

Thanks guys! I might cut out Psychology and possibly Stats and try not to exhaust myself with too much work :)

Everything I’ve learned in a semester of AP Psych (it’s a two semester course at my school) could easily be condensed into about two weeks…
