Is it best to withhold a score of 3 on an AP Physics test, or report it anyways? The other three AP test scores were 5.

Usually AP scores are used at the end after you’ve been accepted to get credit, and not for acceptance/rejection purposes (SAT II is a different story - but this is usually not given credit at an institution).

If the University would ordinarily give you credit for the score of 3 for Physics B, which you can check on their website, then report it.
