<p>Granted to students who receive an average grade of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and grades of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.</p>
<p>the above is a description of the ap scholar with honor award, but can i get i only in my senior year after i took every single ap exam, or is it given each year?</p>
<p>The AP Scholar awards are given each year. For example, my daughter was an AP Scholar after her sophomore year, an AP Scholar with Distinction after her junior year, and finally a National AP Scholar after her senior year.</p>
<p>The AP awards are given each year and are CUMULATIVE. So you could, for example, get an AP Scholar award in your junior year (after taking 3 exams) and then get an AP Scholar with Distinction award in your senior year (after taking 2 more exams).</p>
