<p>I learned that I was an AP Scholar with Distinction, but I did not place the award on my applications. Is this something I should send a letter about? This is really the only remotely prestigious I would be reporting.</p>

<p>I don't really know if the ap awards are a big deal because they just mean that you got at least this many ap tests with at least this average score. Colleges know this info from your ap already. Anyways, I think I should have gotten the ap scholar with distinction award too but I generated multiple test reports or something and so each report isn't enough to earn the award but if you combine them it is. I'm already in college so it doesn't matter.</p>
<p>As long as your scores are on your app, the college knows you got the award. However, send the award info if you want. It might make sure that the college notices your scores, and knows of your continued interest, something that matters to some colleges.</p>
