This might sound like a really dumb question, but I’m taking two AP classes, Physics 1 and US History, and the exams are next week. I know that to get credit for these in college many require getting 4’s/5’s. However, if I were to score a 2, which is technically failing if 3 is passing, will I still get the weighting added onto my GPA just for sitting in on the exam?
I’m not sure how well I’ll do on the AP Physics exam, and I’m not planning on majoring in science anything in college, but if I were to get a 2 would I still get the AP weighting on my high school GPA?
Sorry if this is a terrible question, someone told me I had to get a 3 or I wouldn’t get AP weighting, but I can’t find anywhere if that’s true or not. Thank you!
Don’t worry, that’s not true. You can fail it and it doesn’t touch your GPA in any way.
That’s good to know. Thank you!
