I just thought that I would pass this on to all Freshman this fall who took AP tests. If you go into Elion and look under transcripts you can see if you got credit for you exams. This worked for me but it might not for everyone since there is a possiblity that not all of them are up so if yours is not don't automaticly assume you did not get credit.

My transcript isn't available yet, but thanks for the tip; I didn't think of that. I wanna find out ASAP but don't wanna pay $8 for the phone service...

Worked for me too. Got a 5 on the calc bc (5 ab sub). Am currently signed up for 141. I know I can get credit but Im not sure if I really know everything I need to know. Anybody been in this situation?

eLion instead gives me the error message: Undergraduate transcript not on file.

Is the credit supposed to appear on just the Transcripts page or after you select a transcript type?

after you select a transcript. It might not work for everyone though but it did for me.

Hey thanks for the post.....my daughter checked and 22 credits --- all but 4 of the credits are for required courses!

She just saved us a bunch of money!!!

Just got a letter from PSU that I need to pay $10.00 to add my AP credits to my record. Does anyone knows how it works?

so if u look under transcript in elion and see the credits already awarded, u still have to pay a $10 fee for them to count?

it's really simply...all you need to do it give the undergraduate admissions office the ten dollars and they add the credits to your transcript. Just mail the money with the letter you recieved with your scores and they'll take care of it.
