Do your teachers bring you snacks for the 10-minute break between the multiple choice and free response sections?

If so, what?

I've gotten:

APUSH & US Gov't - granola bars, yogurt, bananas
and sandwiches for the 5 of us who self-studied Comparative Gov't, haha.
Calculus - doughnuts and milk
Chemistry - assorted Einstein bagels and cream cheese!
Stats - doughnuts, muffin tops, milk
English Lit - Einstein bagels & cream cheese, assorted muffins, orange juice, milk, yogurt, bananas, granola bars...
Art - the proctor brought chocolate, haha
Physics - nothing...hey, I didn't pay $85 for a test with no food!

Last year when I took Calculus, my teacher gave us an AP Calculus Survival Kit. She was probably my best teacher.
Hi-C Juice (remember the +C)
5 Life Savers (strive for five)
Peanut M&M's (remember the peanut- chain rule)
and other various snacks, but I don't remember the meanings for the rest.

This year, when we took AP Spanish Lang, our teacher bought us all lunchables to eat during the break. There were only eight of us, and she even remembered to get vegetarian snacks for my friend.

Monday, when I took AP Physics C: Mechanics, there was no break. Therefore, no food. :'(

Other teachers brought other snacks, but they weren't nearly as memorable.

My teachers gave us food before the exam started.

Calculus: cereal, cookies, granola bars, fruit, juice, muffins, juice, milk, bread, vegetables, etc. (my teacher cares about us too much lol)
US: granola bars, doughnuts and Sunny D
Psychology: doughnuts, chips, bagels, juice, & muffins

Food? hah! my teachers gave us candy wrappers to smell! My school's philosophy is that if children suffer, they'll do better on their tests...God I hate my school.

oh my gosh, haha. I wish I had your calc teacher. Way to show up every other teacher!

Calculus and Stats (different year, same teacher)- assorted sweets, tootsie rools, gummi bears/worms, twizzlers, doughnuts (last year maybe?), Coca-Cola cake, etc... They were sugary feasts.

Chem- doughnuts, iced (:)) juice boxes, crackers, granola bars, water bottles, coffee, mini cereal boxes, and nuts. Yum.

USH- I can't remember what was brought :( I do know it was a lot though. Good ole' faulty memory.

Consequentially, I thought I aced all of these (Calc BC and USH were last year and both fives.)

Bio- Burnt cookies, juice boxes, and maybe something else.

I felt ok (probably a five but no guarntee).

Lit- Granola bars and water. ***??!!!?!?!

Yeah, and I bombed that one. Totally froze up during the FRQ.

I think I can infer a direct food-performance ratio here. Maybe some of it has to do with my strength and weaknesses, but I think it's all about the food.

You guys get snacks?! Wow. One teacher once told us that we weren't even allowed to eat our own snacks during the breaks, but the proctors allowed us to anyway.

THAT'S a lot of food! we got nada! plus we're not allowed to eat our own food! altho i was coughing once and the lady brought me a nice caramel!

your teachers cant be in ur testing facility, its against AP rules :O
or do you mean like ur counselors or other teachers?
ive never gotten any food from any proctor..

my ap nsl teacher was the only one to bring snacks

he BAKED cookies, cakes, brownies, muffins & brought orange, apple, & all sorts of juices
he also wore a president bush mask..which was hilarious

LOL .. lollipop HAH
we don't get anything. this year, we got water though.
& for calc, our teacher gave the first 20 ppl to show up at his room before the test donuts.

however, for every ap test. we DO get pens w/ the school name, year, and AP test. whoopee
