AP Stats or AP Enviromental Science?

That's true. Most science majors, including biology, and business majors require it. Very few majors require APES.

alright, thanks everyone. I've decided to take AP Stats! =] Good luck with your schedules!

Yay! Good luck to you with your classes.

My school Stats is a hardcore class. we have a super cool and hardcore teacher. At my school Stats is not... an easy class.... My teacher's pass rate is like 94% in past 7 years and one year with 100% pass rate (and most are not 3s. 55+% are 5's and 38% are 4s and 5% are 3s. and the last few are 2s(the lazy people) everyone who takes the year long course pretty much passes. Her grades are good indicators of your AP score. Ex. A in the class most likely a 5, B=4 and so on...
Stats has like NOTHING to do with math... Totally different from any other math courses you've taken.

I think stats is a totally underrated class. It's obviously easier than APUSH, physics, lit and other some other APs. But it all depends on the teacher... I have a few friends from another school, all 3 had A's in AP stats but all 3 ended up with 3's... so i guess it depends on the teacher.

I say take AP Ervio because it and your AP Bio class would complement eachother (pretty much all of AP Enviro is taught in AP Bio) and it may even raise your AP scores on both tests!

I'm taking AP Bio right now, and based off the vocab of the AP Enviro exam on this board, there is hardly any overlap other than evolution and other VERY basic concepts.

Take AP Stats, I think it'll help you more in the long run.

actually having taken both ap bio and envi sci. they're reallly alike. stats is just dumb and i really dislike it. it's like basic math + lots of writing. however, stats is more useful.
