AP STEM for intended liberal arts

I’m thinking about taking low leveled science classes at my high school in order to focus on taking social studies electives - this will drag down my GPA, but I have no interest in doing anything STEM related - will this hurt me when it comes to college admissions? (I am thinking about schools around BU / NEU / UNC range)

Current (sophomore) classes
Honors French, English, US history, biology
Unleveled algebra II

Intended jr classes:
Honors French, English, APUSH, AP polisci (weighted as an unleveled class at my school but I can take the AP), a pre-law elective
Unleveled precalc and chemistry

Intended sr classes:
Honors French, English, AP pysch
AB Calc
Unleveled physics

Current GPA is 4.2 although my school does calc GPA kind of weirdly so it’s not the end all be all for me
Does anyone have any recommendations? Should I switch out AP polisci with something like econ or stats because I feel like my class load is not very hefty and too much of it feels like just fluff

For a future liberal arts focus, I don’t think not taking any AP Stem will drag down your chances of getting in, but I recommend adding maybe one class in there just to add more rigor to your schedule and increase your competitiveness, because many colleges suggest taking bio, chem, physics, then one at a higher level.

Also, what are your electives for your intended jr and sr year? You only put your core classes on your post. Maybe you could add AP European History or AP Comp. gov. as one of your electives (if your school offers them).
