do AP exam scores help ur college decisions????

If they're passing, yes. If you're taking a difficult class schedule (including AP/IB) and you score well on the tests, it proves to admissions officers that you can perform well in difficult and challenging classes... which is a plus, especially if you're applying to a rigorous and academically challenging college.

Colleges don't know your AP exam scores unless you let them know by writing it on the ap, sending them the scores via CBoard, or have your GC mention them in his rec. If you do well (5s or at least 4s), it can show that you have mastered college-level material well.
It can be useful after you've decided which school you will attend, helping the college & you decide which course to place you into. At many schools, you may get credit & place out of intro courses if you score a 5 & sometimes if you score a 4. Some schools will even give you credit for 3s. You can send the scores after you chose the school you will attend.

but will it "impress" them if u have a lot of 4s and 5s

also is the AP Scholar awards "prestigious" or good accomplishments?

My AP scores are printed on my hs transcript along with my SAT I's and II's, even though I sent my SATs to my schools. I didn't send the other ones to all of them. So ask your guidence counselor if they are included on your transcript. Plus I think all my applications (I did all electronic vs. paper applications) had spots to type in AP courses and scores. Similarly, if you bomb an AP test you can pay to have the score not sent out. Which is what I might end up having to do with the AP music theory exam, lol. Although I'll be in college then, so it's probably not going to matter unless I do well.

As far as impressing them, I don't know if that's the right word, but I don't see how scoring extremely well on multiple AP tests would hurt you!
