I know I've asked this before, but...
how important are AP scores?
Do colleges even look at them?
The exams are coming up and I'm freaking out!

Most colleges just look at AP classes on your transcript as evidence that you took challenging classes in high school. Most do not use AP scores in admissions, only as placement tools once you're accepted. (They give credit for high AP scores so you can place out of some intro courses.)

I don't think you even have to send the scores to the colleges if you don't want to...

I don't think anyone actually required the information..but if you score well, it's always something that you want to put on your application in the "is there anything else you want to tell us?" spot.

i see
some colleges' app. i saw (individual school's app.)
had spots for AP scores
while
common app. did not.

Yeah, it depends on the school, I would imagine. All the schools that I applied to, though, didn't require them, but I put them on there since I scored 4s and 5s. It's one of those things where it can't hurt to add them.

does it help?
if you get like all 4s and 5s

I guess it might show that you're qualified and give some sort of credibility.
