For the classes that you got 3’s and 4’s in, submitting your scores could signal to the admissions officers that you may have had a difficult class, but you were able to do well on the exam. Personally, I would submit the scores.
I would not put self-studied tests that you got 2’s on… that is like saying “Hey, I didn’t take the AP class in HS, and I didn’t study very well and didn’t do well on the test.” That is not a positive for you.
It looks a little bad to get C’s in the class and 4’son a test…that says “I slack off in class”…Colleges don’t want you to slack off in their classes.
As a general rule, submit 3s and above, because a 3 is passing. However, I agree with what @bopper said- having a C in the class might show that you slacked off, and you probably don’t want to give that impression to colleges.
