Warren- Eisenhower thought he was a conservative but he became a liberal.
Burger- Conservative. Strict-constructionist.
Rehnquist- Mainly conservative. Presided over the Clinton impeachment trial and over the Bush v. Gore decision.

thanks, you're awesome.

Earl Warren is the justice that Eisenhower called himself a "damned fool" over because the Litmus Test didn't work.

Haha, I think that's funny. I couldn't remember the exact quote or I would've put it =].

Also, Earl Warren's court did a lot of stuff to improve rights of the accused. That's an important thing to know about him.

Oh, and Brown v. Board of Education..that one's slightly significant, too ;)

Rehnquist was against Roe v. Wade too. Does anybody know who the chief justice was in that case?

Warren and Burger were also judicial activists, while Rehnquist had judicial restraint

Roe v. Wade = Warren Burger (Rehnquist aka Satan wrote a dissenting opinion) haha

Okay. I was just curious, thanks =].
