I’m a student athlete going into my junior year. Not sure if I should pick AP U.S. History or the regular course(a requirement). Meanwhile I will be taking AP English comp. But, I’m also very interested in psychology. Playing two sports;One being all year and the other in the winter, not sure if I should pile all of that on me. Concerned about what would be the best especially for colleges.
hmm…APUSH IS A LOT OF WORK. It;s up to you! If you like history, then go for it. But it is a very content heavy class that is very time consuming. I’m also in AP Psych and AP English. Workload varies by school. I don’t have much work in either class
Ask others at your school how time consuming it is. It’s not too bad at my school, so I decided to take it in hopes of getting credit and getting a gen-ed out of the way.
