what should i do?

Well, no one here can tell you how difficult the AP classes at your school are. They're different at every schoo. You're going to have to make that judgement. If you think you won't slack off, then take it.

I'll be taking APUSH next year (my senior year).

i took it sophomore year and thought it was easy. just get AMSCO and REA and you're set. :-)

The difficulty varies by school. If you think you won't get senioritis and it won't be too difficult, go for it!

You don't even need REA. Just get AMSCO.

Good luck with it!

AMSCO is the way to go to prepare for APUSH. I gave up on reading our school's designated textbook (The American Pageant) and the supplemental text (Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States).

I also heavily used www.course-notes.org to prepare for tests, and for the occasional project reference, I used Kenneth C. Davis' Don't Know Much About History.

No worries, you'll do fine.

^

Why did you give up reading "The American Pageant?" It has got to be the best damn history textbook that I have ever read! It's so down to earth, and it explores all angles in a historical situation!!! :-)

-lol I liked the tests better in REA, but yeah, AMSCO is awesome.
