Ok so everyone's been talking about how the one by REA/AMSCO is the best for AP U.S History. I looked up on Amazon and there are two kinds. Which one is it?

REA and AMSCO are different guides.

AMSCO will provide the best review possible but REA has 7 tests. If I were you I'd shoot for the AMSCO since review is more important than practice for APUSH and I personally used AMSCO and got a 4.

I like AMSCO better. (A new copy may be cheaper if you buy directly from their website).

Get AMSCO, it is known to be the better of the two. I used REA and got a 4, but the only reason I used REA was because that was the only one at my bookstore.

i used princeton review
honestly the test wasn't very hard. pretty easy stuff. it's crazy how ppl say it's one of the hardest ap's.

i know amsco and rea are wayy to thick. superfluous imo. but you do what you deem necessary to prepare

I have both Amsco and REA, along with a Mini-brinkley textbook that I somehow managed to get... Amsco really does include everything you need to know. I have gotten a perfect on my quiz just by reading AMSCO a few minutes before class. REA and the mini-brinkley are like identical...and both good.

I am using Amsco and REA. Both seem good. Unfortunately my teacher is new and inexperienced.

I used REA..got a 4. However, I really liked the book and I know alot of people who used it and got 5s. Most of them also used flashcards by Kaplan or something.

I just used Princeton Review read it once and got a 5.
