@doctorwhofan Don’t burn them, sell them on eBay or something to make up that 8 dollar you spent calling AP board and buy yourself some stuff as a reward:)) lol

He he 5 too! but why would you possibly burn your stuff? you’ve spent an entire year learning this amazing history. don’t throw it all away! did you all take this test for the credits? typical high schoolers. what a shame

2!!! All I was hoping for was anything but a 1.

SO happy i know my score and can finally relax. i hated having it hang over me

Got a 5, so happy.

But I’m paranoid now… what if I heard it wrong or something lol.

Hey guys I am new to CC and I am taking WHAP next year. Do you guys suggest that I take the World History Subject Test? For anyone that has taken it before, what is the difficulty level?

You should take the test. A person in my school got a 780 after taking a regular level World History course, so I’m guessing AP will prepare you well enough.

Definitely take the SAT Subject Test. With Barron’s AP Prep book (better than sat) and a year’s worth of WHAP you should easily be able to get a 770+.

burgerking316 and pentupenguin thank you both for the advice! I have already bought the Barron’s book.

I got a 5!

oh yeah. the princeton review book is simply the best world history ap test prep out there. no discussion.

Like the title states, what will be the best book for the AP World History Exam and the SAT Subject Test?

I really loved the Princeton review for AP World this year. It seemed to have the perfect amount of information and the humor (although cheesy) at least kept me interested. However, i did not find it to be that helpful for the SAT II subject test, which seemed to focus a lot more of specific information, as opposed to general themes like the AP Test (and therefore the PR book). I didn’t bother with the essay section of the PR, I was pretty confident, but the actual review was highly effective.

I also bought the Sparknotes Study Pack with flashcards, which were sort of helpful, but too specific (actually, more helpful for SAT 2 than AP). PR or Barron’s might have better flashcards if ur a flashcards person.

I think its worth it to take the SAT 2 test, especially if ur already in the AP class. Its pretty low stress (only 50 minutes, just MC), and if you do poorly no one will see your scores. But if you score well, its good for college apps. I didn’t study for it at all and I managed to get a 730 (not the best, but not too bad), so I think its worth it.

I’m so nervous for the AP scores to come out…

4…eff my life. But got a 760 on SAT WH so I am not complaining.

5 here. 5 for Spanish Lit. 4 on English Language had to ruin it.

Sent from my Desire HD using CC App

5 on AP and a 770 on SAT II world history :D

I got a 5. I was so surprised I hung up the phone, called back, and charged for the score again. Still a 5. I’m happy :)

5!!!

It seems as if a lot of the 9.4% of people who got a 5 are on CC… not surprising
