i am going to be taking world history test soon and was planning for the next 4 or 5 weeks to read barrons then cram in PR . Is that a good idea or will the cramming not be beneficial or should i just stay with one book.

I would use PR first, but it won't hurt to do both.

Do PR first and then read Barron's. Then go practice on old exams or on the PR practice exams. I wouldn't recommend Barron's practice exams (which are highly contextual and not conceptual) unless you're done with all of the practice exams.

Listen i took the world history ap test in 9th grade and have to say it was incredebly easy, i got a five and never opened a book.

Question do you know what fation took the most casualties during WWII?
A.Germany
B.Japan
C.USA
D.Russia
E.Mongolia

It was D. Russia, if you got it right then you dont need to study.

its because i herd PR was broad kind of review so i thought it would help me just think of the big pictures before the test.

PR is a broad review, so you may want to read it first to get a general sense of what's going on. Then read Barron's for the in-depth specifics. And don't listen to JOKER23, you should definitely study, as AP World does cover 8000 B.C.E.-2009 B.C.; 10,000 years of history is not to be taken lightly. Also, if you can, try borrow Kaplan's AP World History just for the number of sample essay responses it contains, but I don't recommend buying it as the review is really inadequate.

listen i got a 5 with out even buying any prep books, i got the highest score in my class, what did you get immortalix?
Its extremely easy like most AP tests, you swear like its some kind of great accomplishment.

Ok thanks immortalix will do .also i am looking for the how to convert your raw score to a grade of 5 4 3 2 1. I have baron book but it doesnt have the conversion.
