When do people start signing leases for next year and when's the latest that people start doing that?

by now it’s probably too late for CollegeTown. There are still lots of other off campus places, but definitely start looking ASAP.

Nah, it’s not too late for C-town. There is always something available. Although the longer you wait, the farther you’ll be from campus and/or the more you’ll have to pay.

I started looking for apartments mid September and the company told me that i was actually the first person this fall to schedule open houses.

I signed my lease late september and all of the suites in that apartment are completely full as of last week… they do fill up very very fast. I heard that after thanksgiving it’s virtually impossible to find good apartments anymore, so yea, the earlier you look the better.

Out of collegetown plaza, court, or center, which would you guys recommend for a studio/1 bedroom? I think these options are a little cheaper than 312 college ave and they are still close to campus. Also, how about for parking?
