<p>Close to Southwest is Museum Walk (closest!), The Estates, Canopy, Cabana Beach, Woodlands of Gainesville, The District at 62nd, Spyglass Apartments, and a bunch more on 20th and 62nd that I can’t think of the name off the top of my head.</p>
<p>I don’t think Cabana and The District are close to SW Rec at all. They are on the same bus route but they aren’t necessarily close. I’m moving into the District this Fall.</p>

I personally used a realtor, and she was AMAZING! I told her what I wanted, and she made it happen in my price range. I’m living .5 miles away from campus in a large 1/1 for only $600 a month. It’s super nice, and I’m sure she could find you something like that (or even cheaper).

<p>I think that with the current construction, it seems pretty far, but when it’s all done and the road is widened (that is what they are doing, correct?) it will be a lot better. When traffic isn’t terrible because of the construction, it’s honestly like, 5 minutes to SW rec.</p>
