I took APES online through Keystone. It was interesting and pretty thorough. I got a four on the AP exam. We learned a lot of the social science behind environmental science; it wasn’t as science focused as some APES classes are. The AP exam wasn’t difficult, BUT it was much more science oriented than the class I took. I think the material translated well. We did labs and watched videos much like a science class, but since there’s so much social science involved, we also did a lot of reading and some writing. It was both very interesting and moderately scientific. I have no idea what “Al Gore Drivel” is but obviously the class is taught with global warming in mind.
