<p>I contacted admissions office thru livehelp and they said a decision has been made and the only way I can know the decision is thru mail which they have sent.... Now, I live in India n sometimes it can take weeks to reach the mail here.... Is there any other way I can know the decision? I am desperate... I want to know the decision....</p>

<p>i applied to lsa oct 24, and my app was completed dec 3 (no idea why it took so long). i got in yesterday! woohoo</p>
<p>My son applied at the end of October (online) and just received his acceptance yesterday. Be patient...</p>

<p>really? thought they didn't give decisions and it was only mail... why do some people get acceptances in a month and others take 2 months? do they choose the applications randomly?</p>
<p>I called and the woman I spoke with was the actual reviewer of my app. She wouldnt tell me over the phone no matter how much i begged, so I will have to wait till it gets here in the mail. Last wekk, they called my counselor and asked to see my 1st semester grades. good/bad sign?????</p>
<p>Talk about a long wait, my S got accepted two days ago after waiting 14 weeks. Admissions told us it takes 10-12 weeks to process an app. Go figure.</p>
