What would be considered a special talent or skill? Great at playing a certain instrument? Great speaker? Good at a certain sport?

Instrument would work, for "great speaker" you would have to give some accomplishment you did to back that up, and being good at a certain sport could also work if you were once again to give some stats, awards, etc. Some people have approached it by giving "quirky" or corny things to reveal more about their personality. For mine I remember saying something about being able to solve the rubiks cube in under a minute. But, once again, just saying "I'm a great speaker" or "Good at baseball" wouldn't fly well.

I said,

can talk at over 250 wpm for up to 8 minutes, Jazz Trumpet, extensive knowledge of Star Trek Voyager trivia, can recite tracking poll numbers from memory.

Oh so you CAN put some things in there that show your personality in there-- that's what I was looking for.

Fastfood15: "can talk at over 250 wpm for up to 8 minutes" - this made me laugh!!!

uhhh yikes. i just copy/pasted my resume. well looks like i can kiss any chance of acceptance goodbye.

I said that my German chocolate cake is famous, that I am a master plasterer and that I can make various shapes with my tongue ( a three-leaf clover, an anteater's trunk, ...).

I put my resume for my activities.

^Haha that's really cool!

Mine aren't as interesting, I guess haha. I put creative writing, knitting and baking the perfect garlic parmesan biscuits.

i wrote that i can juggle.... HOW EMBARASSING hahah

I was boring and said I was good at languages and web design, lol.

rainbsprinkles: You're amazing.

Yeah, mine were profoundly boring: Speech and Hurdling

Mine was: "Able to hold down hay tarps in 70 MPH winds with hail and rain, while my dad straps down said tarps so the hay underneath doesn't get ruined. (It's kind of a long story)"...
