And for Berkeley...how did you report your AP scores on their supplement?

No, it should be noted elsewhere in your application.

Note that for the IGETC, AP English Language AND AP English Literature only give credit for Area 1A and you’ll need another English course to satisfy Area 1B.

Which part of it?

When you say “it should noted elsewhere in your application” you mean that it is already on my original application from november and I dont need to say anything about it?

Thanks for the reminder, I am actually an engineering student so I’m not using IGETC. However Berkeley engineering does not grant AP credit for the second course either so I am taking it anyways.

Engineers only have one part which is to fill out which of our classes satisfy the lower division classes at Berkeley. I just got an email back from them saying that I should put the test as the subject, AP as the department, the score as the grade, and the year taken…for the benefit of anyone with the same question who may be lurking around this thread.

Yes, it was noted on the original. Additionally, by listing the APs to satisfy this, you are implying you received at least the minimum score needed to satisfy it.

quick question, do we have to list our AP scores even if we passed them?

i don’t want the extra units that come from AP classes.

^list them. AP scores will only help you not hurt you.
admission WON’T count the extra units if you’ve got enough even if you list them.

^ oh. i didn’t list them during the application process.
