<p>I appealed to Berkeley and it says that appeal decisions may not be released until after may 1, if so then that doesn't allow me to accept any other schools offers or am I wrong? If i am any idea when they are released?</p>
<p>You absolutely must accept at another school. The appeal success rate is under 5%.</p>

<p>skool: you must accept one of your offers. If (and it’s a BIG IF) a successful appeal occurs, you can then withdraw from the school you were previously committed to.</p>
<p>Like the other poster said, you’ve done all you can and now it’s time to move on and put UCB out of your mind. If a miracle happens and they respond, then enjoy the surprise. You’d be foolish to do anything else.</p>
<p>UCB is not under any deadline to “rush” through your appeal whatsoever. In all likelihood, you probably won’t even be informed if they deny it.</p>
<p>If you do get accepted at Cal, you will just lose your deposit at the school you chose before may 1.</p>
