Appealing Decisions

I was denied. I got into some other great schools, but I just feel at home at Wellesley. As a last-ditch effort would it be possible to appeal my decision?

Most schools won’t consider appeals, and you can imagine how many they’d have to deal with if they did. Don’t forget there is already a waiting list. A more realistic option would be to apply to transfer from another school.

Usually an applicant would only submit an appeal to a school if it was discovered that the school had received incorrect information on the application - sent a transcript with incorrect grades, for example, which had the GPA much lower that the student’s actual GPA.
